Professional ADS-B Receiver, Antennas & Accessories
Flight Tracking, MLAT Server, Radar Spotter, FlightRadar24 & FlightAware Feeder
Release Date: 2020-04-20
We still see a lot of old versions connecting to our Jetvision MLAT network that could perform more reliable when using latest firmware.
* Jetvision MLAT: improved reliability when used in a network with misconfigured IPv6 (Radarcape and Air!Squitter)
* Fix bug where after some weeks of uptime FR24 and FlightAware feeders might stop working (Air!Squitter)
Also note that there were many other changes before, maybe most important one was a fix in the FPGA timestamp that could have hung after GPS disruption. See https://wiki.jetvision.de/wiki/Radarcape:Version_History for instruction and further as well as elder information.
To equip the Radarcape with Wifi we have added the "USB WIFI Adapter for Radarcape" to our program.
The Radarcape offers a unique versatility of features. It does NOT need a PC to run. A high sensitive receiver (optionally with true antenna diversity on two separate antenna ports - Radarcape 2CH), high reliability and low power consumption, such as it ideal for 24/7 operation. Multiple users can access the observed aircraft at the same time, independant from each other and with different views (Google Maps, ATC Scope, aircraft list and more). Using the integrated web interface just a browser is required on user side, for example Firefox, Chrome Edge and others). Due to this the Radarcape is also an ideal server for mobile devices. Via network and USB interfaces data can be accessed for your own purposes, e.g. Google Earth 3D. Convince yourself of the extensive possibilities.
