Where to specify the VAT number?
If you have a valid VAT number, please fill out the field in the billing address or shipping address during checkout

How to get a volume discount?
If you want to order a large quantity, please contact us via support@jetvision.de.

How to cancel my order?
If you did a wrong order, please use the contact form and we will delete it. You can place a new order immedaitely.

Shipping

Where is my shipment?

After we have shipped your order, you will get an automated email from DHL with the tracking number.
Please enter this number at DHL Shipment Tracking.

The ADS-B Dongle and other lightweight goods are shipped with Deutsche Post Brief.
An automated email will not be provided.

Which country can I choose for shipping?

We deliver to almost every country, exceptions are:
Afghanistan, Cuba, Syrian Arab Republic, Iran, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, China.
Please contact our regional partner GAeTech for orders to China.

We change the incorrect goods as soon as possible and without any costs for you.
